• attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the Service;
• use the Service to store unlawful material;
• resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of the receipts and data you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content so we can provide the Service to you.

Automated extraction

Receipt data is extracted using automated systems and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing extracted values before relying on them for accounting, reimbursement or tax purposes.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes to these terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
